AMBER ALE This ale is wonderfully balanced by its malty sweetness and hoppy bitterness. Its not-too-bitter, not-too-sweet character is sure to please!

BROWN ALE The generous use of chocolate and crystal malts; along with some dark brown sugar explains why this ale wrote the book on 'don't judge a beer by its color'. Its pleasant maltiness is balanced by mild bitterness of American & English hops as well as the fruity undertones lent by the yeast.

KIDDER SPECIAL BITTER Good malt body along with a dry snappy bitterness and floral finish. The American hops make it a bit drier with more of a hoppy finish than our Extra Special Bitter.

OLD PECOS PORTER This robust dark ales generous contribution of black malt help provide the full body found in only the finest porters.

GERMAN ALTBIER Literally 'Beer in the old style', some refer to it as Germany's answer to Britain's Extra Special Bitter. This ale has a nice maltiness from the German Munich malt and is bitter hopped just enough to balance the sweetness. It finishes with a spicy/floral hop character.

BELGIAN WITBIER Our unique variation on this ancient belgian style of wheat beer. Brewed from barley malt, wheat malt and New Mexico grown organic wheat. Spiced with coriander, cumin and bitter orange & lime peels.

BAVARIAN HEFEWIEZEN Traditional Bavarian-style wheat beer with a generous portion of New Mexico grown organic wheat and a distinctive German yeast for a crisp fruity and spicy flavor.

BOHEMIAN PILSNER Modeled after the traditional Czechoslovakian Pilsners, this light lager is nicely hopped with Czech Saaz hops and balanced with a malty profile.

BELGIAN-AMERICAN PALE ALE Very pale in color, with citrus tones bestowed by Belgian Duval yeast and packed full of German and American hops, resulting in a dry finish.

BELGIAN DUBBEL This Belgian ale has a very firm malt body and sweetness balanced by a fruity/citrus complexity and an alcoholic finish.

CZECH. BOHEMIAN PILSNER Modeled after the traditional Czechoslovakian Pilsners, this light lager is nicely hopped with Czech. Sazz hops and balanced with a malty profile.

OKTOBERFEST A robust beer with a firm malt body, provided by German Munich Malt. This lager is bitter hopped with European hops just enough to balance the sweetness.

IMPERIAL STOUT This is a very "big" stout in every way. Lots of malt, lots of roast and plenty of hop bitterness to balance the sweetness.

ANNIVERSARY ALE Deep ruby in color with a large malt body balanced by a bold hoppy bitterness. This big-n-bold ale is complex in character thanks to its additional period of natural conditioning.
