Beer Name: Outlier Special Bitter

Description: The first in our series of beers made with the notorious, yet obscure, Ringwood yeast from northern England. A traditional copper colored “special” or mid-tier bitter made with Cascade hops. A rich malt profile and unique spicy/fruity yeast signature make this beer a little different than anything else in our roster. O.G. = 1.057 ABV = 6.1% IBU = 28
