What’s on Tap

Beer Name: Kolsch

Available at: At The Railyard, At 2nd Street

Description:

This clean light straw colored ale is much like a lager. It is fermented colder than most of our ales, though not as cold as a true lager. We also use German noble hop varieties to accentuate the lager like qualities of this great summer beer. Gluten-removed with gluten levels at <10 PPM O.G. 1.042, ABV 4.6%, IBU 17

Beer Name: British Mild

Beer Name: Rauchbier

Available at: At The Railyard, At 2nd Street

Description:

Another in our series of "smoky beers", this is our rendition of the very hard to find Rauch style of Lager, native to Bamburg, Germany, that has it's roots in pre-industrial revolution Europe. A true lager, it is brewed with a portion of "Rauchmalz", sourced from Bamburg, that is carefully smoked over Beechwood fires. This is a complex beer with the smoky nuances showing equally (but not dominating) the malt and hop flavors and aromas. O.G. 1.058, ABV 6.1%, IBU 26

Beer Name: Trappist Strong Ale

Available at: At The Railyard, At 2nd Street

Description:

A strong, dark and complex ale inspired by the ancient and strong monastery beers of Belgium and fermented with an authentic yeast strain. Flavors and Aromas of dried fruits and bubblegum give way to a spicy alcoholic and surprisingly tingly finish for a beer of this strength. This beer is best enjoyed as you would a red wine

Beer Name: Cream Stout

O.G. 1.055, ABV 5.2%, IBU 23
