This one showcases some of the latest-and-greatest of the new hops to come from the Pacific NW-including the precious Citra and Mosaic, along with a couple of longtime brewer's favorites. Altbier or "old style"beer is the famed beer believed to have originated in Dusseldorf, Germany that predates the lager revolution which came in the late 1880's. This particular batch was brewed to honor our very own Atalaya Search and Rescue, for RESCUEfest. This beer has sophisticated German malt flavors and is generously hopped iwth Sterling, Tettnanger, and Hallertau hops for a pleasant noble hop character. O.G. = 1.052, ABV = 5.5%, IBU 36

This American Pale Ale is brewed to showcase CTZ (Columbus, Tomohawk, Zues) hops from High Wire Farms in Colorado. These "wet hops" were freshly harvested and transported to our brewery then added straight to the kettle. Beautifully spicy/citrusy flavor and aroma, very well balanced.
